Dr. Olusegun Adeuja
Family Physician
MD. CCFP. MRCGP (UK) MRCP (UK).DRCOG. PGcert Med Ed
Dr. Adeuja completed his post-graduate medical training in General Practice in England. He practiced as a Family Physician in a busy clinic in rural England before relocating to Alberta with his wife and 3 boys.
He has been practicing in Cochrane, Alberta since 2016. He was awarded Readers Choice Bronze in 2017 and Gold in 2019 for Best Medical Doctor in Cochrane.
When he is not working, he enjoys cycling, playing golf, travelling, and spending time with his lovely family. Dr. Adeuja is passionate about providing exceptional quality care to his patients. He and his team would like to welcome you to Sunset Ridge Medical Clinic.
Dr. Jayden Dyck (Dr. Jay)
Family Physician
Dr. Jayden Dyck was born and raised in Lethbridge, Alberta. After completing an undergraduate degree in biology at the University of Lethbridge and medical school at the University of Alberta, he did a rural family medicine residency in Annapolis Royal, Nova Scotia. After spending some time doing locums in Nova Scotia and Alberta, he settled with his family in Cochrane and has been enjoying the town ever since! When he's not working, he enjoys spending as much time as possible in the mountains and taking extra training in wilderness medicine and backcountry rescue skills.
Dr. Leena El-Isa
Family Physician
Dr. El-Isa completed her medical education at the University of Jordan. She practiced rural medicine within Alberta focusing on family medicine and ER. Serving her new community and working with her patients to create individualized treatment plans and healthier lifestyle choices, is what she finds most rewarding. She is passionate about family medicine because of the variances it could bring to the practice.
During her spare time, she enjoys learning about and playing golf, swimming and photography. She is married and has two children, and enjoys spending time with her young family.
Dr. Dotun Ajibade
Family Physician
Dr Ajibade trained as a family physician in the United Kingdom rotating across various specialities including Emergency Medicine , Geriatrics, Psychiatry and Pediatrics . He practiced in Southern England for about a decade before relocating to Canada . He has experience in rural Medicine and Obstetrics and holds a Masters of Science degree in Diabetes from University of Warwick, U.K. He is married with 2 young children and enjoys travelling , cycling and playing tennis.
Dr. Khalida Karimova
Family Physician
Dr. Karimova received her medical degree and completed her residency in Family Medicine in Russia.
Prior to that, she had been trained and worked as an ear, nose and throat specialist.
Before her training in a Medical School, she had received a degree in Nursing.
Her Canadian experiences include rural Family Medicine and ER practice. She believes in a publicly funded healthcare system and enjoys working with her colleagues to empower patients and improve their health.
Dr. Karimova is married and has one son. She values spending time with her family and in her free time enjoys traveling, skiing and hiking.
Dr. Gopal Manikumar (Dr. Gopal)
Family Physician
Dr. Gopal completed his post-graduate training in Family Medicine in the country of Georgia prior to moving to Alberta. He has a special interest in Endocrinology and is also trained in performing Botox injections for Chronic Migraines.
He has a significant background of technical skills and enjoys coding in his free time in addition to playing the violin.
Dr. Sarah Hookham

MD, CCFP, LMCC, DiMM (RCSEd, UK).
Dr. Hookham studied medicine at Newcastle University (UK) and completed her postgraduate training in rural northern England. She holds a Diploma in Mountain Medicine and has special interests in paediatrics and mountain/travel medicine. She is a kind, compassionate and thorough family practitioner who enjoys empowering her patients to optimize their health and wellbeing. She cares for patients of all age groups and believes in patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
Dr. Hookham moved to Alberta after being inspired by the warm community spirit and abundance of nature and sports. In her free time she loves to explore new places, hike and enjoy the outdoors with her husband and dog.
Dr. Will Solyom

MD, CCFP, LMCC, MRes, DiMM (RCSEd, UK).
Dr. Solyom undertook his undergraduate training at Newcastle University (UK), which included time in Alberta for his medical elective. He has a Masters in Ageing and Health with distinction, a Diploma in Mountain Medicine, and completed his UK postgraduate training in 2020. He is passionate about providing high quality comprehensive healthcare with a patient-centered approach. In his spare time he enjoys an outdoor lifestyle with his wife and dog, music and the natural sciences.
